1. The City Government of Kidapawan, using a single-year for a duration of One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days Framework Agreement, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos and 40/100(Php999, 958.40), and the PB2024-05-119G being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Informal Seller-s Families (ISF) of Kidapawan City.
