1. The Barangay Panian, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS AND 36/100 (Php 514, 145.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of BARANGAY IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT, Brgy Panian, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Panian of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the BARANGAY IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT, Brgy Panian, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte.
