1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Palanit, San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX PESOS AND 44/100 ONLY (P1, 366, 496.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) CLASSROOM SCHOOL BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
