1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the SEF- 2026 intends to apply the sum of NINE
HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP925, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under
the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 3
UNITS MAKESHIFT ROOM FOR TAMPOG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL / NJQ-GOODS-06-2026-036. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery
of the Goods is required WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least
