SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONCRETE PAVEMENT
1. The Barangay Government of La Paz, Cabatuan, through the BACintends to applythe sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP172, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONCRETE PAVEMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of La Paz now invites bids for the ABOVE PROCUREMENT PROJECT .Delivery of the Goods is required 10 days after the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
