1) The Local Government Unit of Talacogon, through allocation from the 20% Local Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos (P 467, 440.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Completion of Multi-Purpose Building of Sabang Gibong, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur (P.R. No. 272026040129-10). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
