1. The Barangay Mabnang, through the Resolution of Financial Assistance from the PGC-NBLB fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three hundred Ninety nine thousand thirty four thousand pesos & 60/100 only (Php 399, 034.60) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Supplies and materials of the continuation of the construction of the Evacuation Center with PR #2026-07-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Mabnang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
