The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Modes of Procurement-Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for used by the Municipal Engineering Office in connection with the Improvement of Vermi Composting Facility (Extension) in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
