1) The Local Government Unit of Santa Maria, Romblon, through the OMM-MOOE 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos and 00/100 (Php 544, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Computer Supplies for Finance Digitalization. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Santa Maria, Romblon now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Computer Supplies for Finance Digitalization using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required 20 days upon receipt or acceptance of Purchase Order.
