The purpose of this framework agreement is the purchase of IT consumables for the services of the City of La Courneuve. These consumables include USB keys, CD ROMs, and everything related to computer accessories, such as cartridges, storage and peripherals. Indeed, the family of computer consumables includes numerous products, broken down as follows: Sub-family Products Cartridges: Toners, cartridges Storage: CD, DVD, USB key, memory card, hard drive Peripherals: Keyboard, mouse, PC speakers, webcams, headsets, external CD player The consultation is carried out in the form of a contract with an adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. This market is not allocated because its purpose does not allow the identification of distinct benefits. This contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from notification. Candidates' attention is drawn to the fact that any irregular offer or unacceptable offer can be regularized during the negotiation, and that only an irregular offer can be regularized in the absence of negotiation. However, any inappropriate offer will be systematically eliminated.
