Description : The Local Government Unit of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, through the TRUST FUND (DOLE DILP), intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 997, 500.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPLETE AND SULFATE FERTILIZER UNDER DOLE-DILP under PR No. 2026-05-0313 dated May 28, 2026.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRRA-A) of Republic Act. No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act. Only Bids from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.
