Supply and Delivery of Common-Use Supplies and Equipment
1. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga, through the General Fund and Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (5%) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Three and 48/100 Pesos Only (Php 884, 923.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Common-Use Supplies and Equipment under IB No. BID04-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Fifteen calendar days (15 days) after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
