1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Local Council for the Protection of Children (9997) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Combined Oral Contraceptive Pills (COC) and Progestin Only Pills (POP) for the City Health Office (LCPC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required twenty (20) calendar days.
