Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Collapsible Tent
1) The Municipality of Sariaya, through the budget approved by the Sangguninag Bayan of Sariaya intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-five Pesos & 75/100 (PhP 4, 007, 955.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Collapsible Tent. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Sariaya now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Collapsible Tent 6. Delivery of the Goods SHALL BE BASED ON THE Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
