Financial Institution enforceable in any Banks in Bhutan.

a) The Bid security shall be valid up to 08/08/2024

b) The Bid Security is to be submitted as a part of the Bid.

c) Any Bid not accompanied by bid security of adequate value and validity shall be

rejected by the Purchaser as non-responsive
