The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Modes of Procurement-Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Christmas Decorations (Christmas Season 2025) for used by the Office of the Municipal Mayor in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
