1) The Western Visayas Medical Center, through the GAA-Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php5, 022, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Choclear Implants and Hearing Aids for Hearing Screening Testing for the Use of Hearing Center of WVMC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
