1. The Tanza Water District through the Corporate Funds of 2020 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty - Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 2, 553, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE FOR WATER TREATMENT OF TANZA WATER DISTRICT (TWD). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Tanza Water District now invites bids for THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE FOR WATER TREATMENT OF TANZA WATER DISTRICT (TWD). Delivery of the Goods is required as provided in Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
