Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the Trust Fund - LOVE Project intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P1, 742, 400.00) to payments under the contract “Supply and Delivery of Chicken in Support to LOVE Project of the Livestock Program”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Chicken. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is indicated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
