Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHICK EMBRYO CELL RABIES VACCINES
1) The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only Php7, 280, 000.00 under IB 2026-PB-017 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Chick Embryo Cell Rabies Vaccines. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Chick Embryo Cell Rabies Vaccines using Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required under SECTION VI. Delivery of Goods is required One (1) year under Framework Agreement. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
