Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P8, 668, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Certified Rice Seeds in Support to Seed Reserve of Rice Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Certified Rice Seeds in Support to Seed Reserve of Rice Program. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is 60 days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
