Supply and Delivery of CCTV
The Municipal Government of Looc, Romblon, through the General Fund (AO NO 04-2025 Regular) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS-2026-05-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Looc, Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project . Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of P.O & Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidder (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
