INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of CBSUA Marching Band Instruments
(CBSUA-SIP-GOODS-31-2024)
1. The CENTRAL BICOL STATE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE (CBSUA) - SIPOCOT, through the Corporate Budget (Fund 164) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php.261, 550.00)being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of CBSUA Marching Band Instruments (CBSUA-SIP-GOODS-31-2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CENTRAL BICOL STATE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE (CBSUA) - SIPOCOT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
