Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (Php2, 619, 540.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Cattle Feeds Concentrate for the implementation of LEED Cattle Production and Goat Multiplier Farm Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
