1) The Province of Guimaras through the 2026 Provincial Statistical Development Program (PrSDP) ---P 300, 500.00; 2026 Prov'l. Support to Research Dev't. and Innovation - P 136, 000.00 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 436, 500.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICES WITH VENUE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICES WITH VENUE using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required AS SCHEDULED Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
