1) The Province of Guimaras through the MOOE 502-999-90 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 36, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICES . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICES using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required as per schedule. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
