PR NO.: 2026-08-280
1) The Province of Guimaras through Support to Farmers/Fisherfolk Organizations, Councils and Agri-Entrepreneurs intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Six Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 506, 200.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICE UNDER FRAMEWORK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICE UNDER FRAMEWORK using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and Framework Agreement for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required AS PER DATE SCHEDULED. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
