Description : The Partido Development Administration, through the Corporate Operating Budget of 2026
intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (P
3, 430, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
for Supply and Delivery of Calcium Hypochlorite. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Partido Development Administration now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Calcium
Hypochlorite using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar
days after receipt of Notice To Proceed for 50% of the quantity and within 3 months after the first
delivery for remaining 50%. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date
of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
