The Respondent is giving its irrevocable representation and warranty that it has reviewed each Form of Agreement contained in Appendix A-1, A-2, A-3, and that, if selected as the successful respondent by a Participating Agency that it will sign the Form of Agreement contained in the applicable, in sub-Appendix A.
