1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan through the 5% LDRRMF SPECIAL TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (P 203, 000.00) being the approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the hereunder project:
