DA8-Goods-2026-65 rebidding (ID No. BT-26-GOODS-NLP-4140-0014)
1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the NLP- 2026 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (P3, 540, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Breeder Ducks and Layer Feeds”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods shall be within based on the schedule of delivery and designated drop-off points after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
