Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Brand New Engine Garbage Truck Compactor
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the APPROVED BUDGET coming from MO under the AIP SB No. 1 2026, intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS ONLY (6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW ENGINE GARBAGE TRUCK COMPACTOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW ENGINE GARBAGE TRUCK COMPACTOR. Delivery of the Goods is required THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least TEN (10) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
