The Municipal Government of Ambaguio, through the Budget for Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum NINETEEN MILLION PESOS (P 19, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW CRAWLER-TYPE EXCAVATOR AND WHEEL LOADER Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipal Government of Ambaguio now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW CRAWLER-TYPE EXCAVATOR AND WHEEL LOADER with the following description:
Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty-One (21) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five years (5) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
