Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos(Php522, 135.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Bolts for Underground Support of Mine 3 Coal Project (Re-bid) (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods shall be delivered to PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within seven (7) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
