Philippine Normal University South Luzon intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Pesos

In this regard, PNU SL invites all qualified suppliers/providers to submit their quotations not later than

the following requirements:

2. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number/Organization ID/PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration

4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB prescribed format), accompanied by proof of
authorization if applicable
