The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Million Pesos (P390, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Ballot Boxes for use in the 2025 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) with details as follows:
