1) The CARAGA REGIONAL HOSPITAL through the INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND ( IGF) OF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Pesos ( PHP 2, 264, 000.00 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of AVF Surgical Instruments Set. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. This procurement project is LOT BID.
