1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (P 362, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.
2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
