1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BUENAVISTA, MARINDUQUE, through the GAD FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED VEGETABLE SEEDS, GRAFTED FRUIT TREES AND OTHER PLANTING MATERIALS FOR MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
