Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte, through the Purchase of Quality Vegetable Seeds to local farmers to help their production and income under the Agricultural and Marine Supplies Expense of the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) in the approved 2025 General Fund Current Appropriations by the 15th Sangguniang Bayan of Inopacan, Leyte intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos (Php 249, 833.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Vegetable Seeds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Vegetable Seeds. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
