1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through SPECIAL TRUST FUND, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (P205, 822.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Goods for the Implementation of the 16th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program (Fifth and Sixth Week). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within three (3) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement.
