Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANIMAL MEDICINES AND LIVESTOCK EQUIPMENT
1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Lot 1: Php217, 358.00 Lot 2: Php67, 330.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Animal Medicines and Livestock Supplies / identification number 2025-07-99. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
