INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Ambulance for use in the Operation of PDRRMO
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (Calamity Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Ambulance for use in the Operation of PDRRMO (Ref. No. 150-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of one (1) unit ambulance. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
