1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 563, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRO-CHEMICALS (INSECTICIDES & PESTICIDES) FOR BAAO FARMERS SUBSIDIZED - OMAG, 2026-045-GDS-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required Within thirty (30) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
