1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (GAD Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Ninety-One Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos Only (Php2, 591, 186.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Supplies/Materials and Equipment for Distribution Program of Provincial Governor-s Office-ABE (Ref. No. 201-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
