Eligibility of Tenderer : A valid Trade License relevant to the supply of agricultural machinery, farm machinery, agricultural equipment, or any other relevant category issued by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE). Valid Tax Clearance Certificate at the time of bid submission. Bid Securing Declaration (Form 1), duly completed and signed. Completed and signed Bid Submission Form and Price Schedule. Acceptance of the Integrity Pact and all terms and conditions of the bidding document. The bidder shall have the capability to supply brand-new, unused, genuine agricultural machinery and equipment, including after-sales service, warranty support, and spare parts availability, in accordance with the technical specifications and delivery schedule.
