1. The Municipality of Loreto Agusan del Sur, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 690, 200.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERIES FOR DILEEP (DOLE INTEGRATED LIVELIHOOD AND EMERGENCY PROGRAM) OF UPPER UMAYAM INTEGRATED FARMERS ASSOCIATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
