INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL & GARDEN SUPPLIES FOR ORGANIC AGRICULTURE TRAINING FOR TVL AGRICULTURAL STUDENTS (OMAG)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2024 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P 88, 850.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL & GARDEN SUPPLIES FOR ORGANIC AGRICULTURE TRAINING FOR TVL AGRICULTURAL STUDENTS (OMAG), 2024-039-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
