Project Identification Number-2024-04-1016

1. The City Government of Lipa, through the CY Appropriation 2024, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos only (P999, 240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL AND MARINE SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF THE CITY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE, with Project Identification Number-2024-04-1016.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required Sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
