1) The Municipality of Kalayaan through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (Php 374, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Additional Emergency Go-Bag intended for Disaster Preparedness.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Kalayaan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Additional Emergency Go-Bag intended for Disaster Preparedness. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
